Alfred: A Reflection of Bruce's Legacy

Alfred is a representation of what could be if, if Bruce is willing to forgive his father and forgive himself for the things he's doing now. I feel like Alfred is just as lost in a way. Like Bruce is lost. And so is Alfred ever since the family died. They both have been kind of like meandering through life and just doing whatever feels right without knowing what’s going on.
