Experts can be more convincing when they don't understand them. We are preoccupied with distracting issues and don't focus on what needs remembering. When we feel sad, we may want to change our circumstances so that we feel better. The less we know about an issue, the more will be influenced by how it is framed. Awareness of ignorance is the beginning of wisdom.
