The Buglars Wanted Information About My Work
There are several things in my house that are very valuable and nobody took them. Instead the Buglars went for my personal electronics, phones, hard drives, laptops. The most surprising for me was a very small memory stick that was stuck behind the television on my wall in the living room. So clearly they were up to something, they were looking for something specific. I think it is information about my work. At the time we were involved in investigating cases of extrajudicial killings by members of Uganda Security Forces. We were also involved in other very sensitive human rights work.
