A Memoir of a Hard Worker

Maria Corb was a factory hand at South Pacific Tires in Summerton, Australia. Her car wasn't in the driveway or garage and there was no sign that Maria had been home during the day on February 9, 2005. She left her nine-year-old daughter Laura to look after their younger brother Damien while she went back to work. Joe paced the house waiting for Maria to come home as hours passed; he eventually drove straight to police station.
