How Hard Is It to Cross the Border?

It's a physical card, a neme, that you can get from any of the border patrol facilities. You'd have to put in for a form and stuff that it takes. It just depends on before the boarders were reopened. The last time i crossed was relatively easy, especially for me down here in no gales. I had to do wis just cross, take my photos, and then, with my sentry, just walk straight back home.
