The Infinitive of Hope

For example, we can use hope with the two infinitive. I feel like there's a lot of opportunities for me and potential. So I hope to do something different next year. You can't use another person in there in that sentence. We're talking about the same person. There are things for us, our desires, not for other people,. Not including other people, I should say. And there's kind of like a rough cut. A lot of people say like, well, hope is for the present and the future and wish is for the past, which is not quite correct. It's a nice way to kind of split them up. But let's have a look
