Kettlebell training is like a metaphor for life. It gets you to slow down in the Turkish get up when you're doing a yoga block on the hand. Most people don't want to do that stuff. They want to just get in and get out and they expect results. But it's tracking, it's programming, it's progressive, it's efficient. You've got to be able to add those incremental changes. And where we find that it's sometimes deprogramming people.
