The Single Parent Penalty

There's about 10 million single parents in the united states. Nobody gives you a discount at child care because you're a single parent. The goal is to deal with the cost of a kid. Republicans can filibuster by just having one member object and then Democrats have to get 60 votes to end the filibuster. If 41 of them had to show up and say okay, uh, nope We're we're still filibustering, but they have to stay there and they have to debate it They're not going to be there long.
