How to Adapt to Training

The assessment process is about speeding up that process and providing the first step of information. Then the next bit is all the history and the feedback that we get from the athlete themselves. So, okay, there's something going on here. Okay, now what do we take for the next piece of the formula? And you don't get it right every time. I think this is one key element with training is that you're always going to have teething issues - if it feels weird or different, that's because it's different. If you didn't feel weird or different then you probably not change very much.
