What Is Lip P2P and IPFS?

Lip P2P is a toolkit for building peer to peer applications. With lip P2P, you can write application code that doesn't have to care about those underlying network connectivity specific specifics. So this has a lot of benefits in reducing complexity at the layer above and being able to have application code that is portable across maybe some of these different runtimes.
