How Many Full-Time Employees Do You Need to Run a Podcast?
Rogan: It's the highest leverage opportunity maybe in the world. What else can you do to 12 million people or build this ecosystem and have three or four full-time employees working on it? The way I phrased it was when I was reading a book called Becoming Steve Jobs, which is episode 265 from Memory Correctly. Bill Gates had this observation back in the 70s. He's like, no, software is valuable on its own. Let's pull this out. We don't have to generate hardware.
