I Don't Think It Would Stop All Shootings
i doidont think that the argument that says it wouldn't stop all shooting is necessarily a good one. It's and so many times we've, for various reasons, fbi or law enforcement has known about the shooter prior. This could be just like all those cases where they go where the visa mass guard says, there might be something to this. The vast majority of shootings are not mass shootings. They're small er, you know, not storming a school with an assault rifle. Those guns are purchased in very small numbers, or therehre not even there. Somebody get buys one, and then they end up in somebody else's hands.
