The Importance of Shoes in Strength Training

Biv: I think seeing how your foot is behaving heightens your ability to coordinate because you're watching those micro movements that it's actually making. Kate makes good points about thinking about doing plyometrics with the shoes. You might be able to do some basic plyometric movements without shoes, but that's a really good one to keep your shoes on for. Biv: Well, I'm hoping to ride at the Glendu Nunnenbike Park this weekend. We'll be keeping generally wheels on the ground. That won't have any of those crashes that have been experienced at the fourth jump of hair time for anybody who comes down the GlendU.
