Do You Really Need to Regulate the Run of the Mill Guns?
There is empirical evidence that red flag laws have had some, as you say, benefit. But for the kind of massacre we're talking about, there just doesn't seem like you can regulate too much. The more run of the mill guns there are in a society, in a state, in a town, in a country, the more suicide there is and the more those guns get in the hands of the wrong people. So it's not simply like, let's regulate. It's so many obvious things, as we've all pointed out. Wehve chosen this perverse, grotesque idea of liberty.
