How Did You Decide Where to Go to University?
I wanted to be able to play football at a decent level. I'm sure i must have looked in detail at what the courses were as well. Having had some experience of oxford and knowing a bit more about what unie's like than that was useful experience. And then allen sat me down as i ok, what drat? You want to get out of this? What you want to do? And i remember the football piece being very important. It hadn't occurred to me that i could continue to play football for my club, rather than for the un. The down side to u c l was that its football team was not particularly strong. That was way down the list
