The problem with ad agencies is they well a they never get to that size and so where's the point in the timeline and size line where you can actively hand over. It hardly ever hard lever reaches that that perfect inflection point because they never get that big i mean bbh should probably done it better than anybody else hanging over but they did that by only selling 49% to publicist and therefore keeping control. They got to a big enough size by opening their own international offices to be able to fund out the founders.
