I Want to Maintain My Home Value at Very High Levels

There's a very small downside to the general public in terms of declining higher ed prices. People want to make sure that nothing happens in their town to bring down their home price. So it's not like people who are concerned about these things are bad people. But it is an unfortunate byproduct of the fact that people have so much of their personal wealth tied up in their home and your home value, at least as they see it.
