I Think the Whole World Was Slow Off the Gate, Right?

He got a lot of criticism inside japan for being slow off the gate, kind of. But again, i think the whole world wasslow off the gate. We were all trying to grapple with, what is this? How quickly is it spreading? Is it a global pandemic? The w h o was resistant, right? I don't know that i would have his covet management rank up there with some of the other things as the way he will be remembered.
