Cashmerey shavism is the most con form of yoga. It had its heyday around 1000 AD with this teacher named a bit of a Gupta. The Muslim invasion of India was one of the most brutal invasions in all of history. This absolutely devastated the institutional support for cashmereyShavism. They have some system of ethics but it's not as complete as we're used to.
