Is There a Data Culture?
Do you have a culture that is able to make those insights actionable? Because it's going to uncover who your top 15 to 20% of customers are. Do you have an apparatus in place, a digital strategy, a strategy with the front line to be able to take those actions and actually act upon them? So I think you could incorrectly check a box, oh yes, we understand the data. But have you really operationalized the strategy around how you're going to get value from that data? And I think that's a growth opportunity for probably most of these.
