He says it's a tale as old as is the history of this country, of people with th more moving into areasof opportunity where those already there have less and can't fight city hall. Home prices rit accelerated again, a hundred and 21 % from 19 60 to 20 21 in just one year; they've gone up 20 per cent in 1 year alone. The housing price sky rocketed above arat $1 million for an average family home last year.
