Design Is the Last Step in Creating User Experiences

Most of it comes from the research that we do with people through observing them. If you're trying to figure out like, is this thing usable or is like this specific feature idea resonating, then designers would be part of that think-it-out team. That's a much more elevated role of design than you might find in other organizations where design is actually like translating ideas into visual cops.
