The Supreme Court's Decision on Standing

The decision was based on standing. The Supreme Court said we're not even going to get into whether the federal government is legally enforcing the immigration law, because we don't have to get there. What has to happen before any laws would even get to the merits are a just-us-standing pursuit. So I believe that immigration advocates called President Obama the reporter in chief.
