Jean Tatlock's Suicide

Jean Tatlock committed suicide by drowning herself in her bathtub on January 5, 1944. Autopsy showed that she had eaten a large meal laced with chlorohydrate before her suicide. The presence of drugs in her system is not proof on its own that she was murdered. However, some, including Tatlock's brother, long believed that Jean was assassinated. Such a murder plot would leave behind very little evidence for investigators.
