The Importance of Having a Central Data Team

Sometimes the problem is not just such a domain focused thing. It's actually something maybe more focused on like making sure the data is correct, accurate and needs more attention from a single team that makes sure to take care of all these conflicts. But you don't want that to be the place where again, swinging in that original pendulum where we had everything there, then that team ends up owning things that they don't even understand, right? So I'd say it's like, you just have to balance it between there. Sometimes it's going to make sense to centralize it all one thing. And make sure that that that data is talking correctly across multiple aspects of your company.
