The Problems With Rug Pads

Rug pads generally are non-stick and in other words non-skid or non-moving. We have had a kind of rug pad I don't know if it's a rug pad but we've had that thing that's almost like quadrilateral graph paper made of a rubbery substance. Do you have access to that?
