Are We Really Feeling It Today or Not?
All of it involves our affect, our emotions, like how we feel in prayer. And that can, again, here we want to follow the virtuous, the mean, right? The middle. God goes beyond our sort of sensible devotion. Are we really feeling it today or not? He's bigger than that and he's more than that. We're happy to kind of slip in and slip out of prayer as God gives us to pray. If constellations come, God be praised. So be it. In one case, I experienced life is difficult in certain ways. And that kind of weighs on me. But when consolation comes, I find it very what reanimating. I
