A small crew was moving five thousand pounds of equipment at a facility. The gear had to be ramped up and then backed down by four foot long ramps. A jack, a company man, attempted to save the gear but got trapped between it and an 80 volt disconnect. "I made the smart decision and tried to get the fuck out," he says.
