In the modern internet, you can't imagine using any commerce system without like, being auto recommended a list of things that match the company name i'm trying to type in. You go into the supplier entry screen for s a p and your fat fingering yet another, duplicate of the same supplier, over and over again. We just notice everybody thinks they have two and half million suppliers. They only thought they were better than anybody else. And ultimately you want a really control data quality at the point of data creation.
