Data Engineers - What Type of Data Engineer Should We Hire?

I was talking to something in Australia about this a few weeks ago and they're asking for MDM and data quality. What type of data engineers should we hire for this? And I thought, well, I don't know if that's the right way of thinking about it. Maybe after we talked, I thought maybe someone from a library sciences background might actually be your best fit for this kind of thing. They're trying to look at these types of data in a certain way,. A data engineer would probably colostally screwed up and then have a job posting for a taxonomist later down the road. Exactly.
