What Are the Talents?

The key word here is entrusted. Who called his servants and entrusted to them his property, aetertrusting them with it. And so he doles out these talents, right? So what are the talents? The guy who had the least, 20 years of wages. That would have been worth about 20 years wages for a laborer. He's charging the stewards with the care of something that belongs to him.
