What Is Hard, but Is It Productive?

I think the most important part there is why I tend to opt for kind of moderate, low to moderate rep ranges. So if I'm doing a set of anything, was this close enough to failure? Did I have enough effective reps in this that I even need to take a break for the next three minutes or whatever? Because I'll hear people say, well, I'm fine with the next minute of doing a set. Well, and this isn't the poo poo on anybody, but they like to do a set of laterals,. It's heavy and hard enough to where I'm thankful for my two or three minute rest afterwards. That changes as your level of strength goes
