How Do Sharks Deter Sharks?
Sharks have a very sensitive system of electro receptors, so it can detect the currents that are generated by prey. But if they're overstimulated, it gets to a point where it's uncomfortable, so they'll move away from that field. So sharks have a detection threshold, if you like, where they can detect the electric field and it might actually attract them above a certain voltage field strength.
