Is the Preexisting Culture of the School Changing?
I don't believe in the echeskatch version, where people come in and tear things up. A school is a social and physical context. You change it by being present. And it needed to change, but not radically. It needed to grow and beas i suppose. People also needed to find a new version of where they wanted to go. Part of what i've been here is just reminding people why i get on a plane away from my family every week,. But you come here because it's great. The nature of a conversation is you don't know where it's going to go. So that's sort of a link for me. I mean, it's different communities
