The Writers Guild of America Is on Strike

The Writers Guild of America, or WGA, which represents writers for TV and film here in the United States, is now on strike. The negotiations between the WGA and various Hollywood studios could not reach a satisfactory agreement so here we are. And I also talked about how one of the concerns that the WGA has and one of the reasons that I'm covering the story at all has to do with generative AI.
