The Russell 2000: A Bottoming Process
The Russell 2000 did not set a new lower low. So we are at the same low that we hit back in June. And again, it's a bottoming process. I expect still some volatility up and down until we get past that to the upside. But you're right. It is behaving a bit better.I'm actually looking at not the small cap index as much as a consumer discretionary and the real estate index.
