The Role of Technology in New York's Economy
I think the business models has always been that secret sauce for New York. How do we bridge the gap of technology and people, in essence, like humans and machines bridging them together? That's really true. I think one of the contrarian views that's often expressed on New York is look at your retail shops. Your retail shops are empty. There's no longer any business. The storefronts are empty. And so I think it's probably one of the other great reasons to look to New York as an example of how much the city itself is changing due to the rise of technology.
