He says things such as, I'm expanding on the idea of a unit that serves as a standard and applying this to generalization, scientific induction, and philosophical induction. And he's just repeating this stuff about generalizations and causal sequences and concepts. There are no examples here, importantly, to talk about something from real life,. No instances put forth, nothing from science or the history of ideas, where it has worked or where it could work. We need to be concrete in philosophy.
