The Coptic Gospel of Thomas - The Kingdom of God
The nacamati library contains a whole bunch of texts. The earliest text in that collection is what called the coptic gospel of thomas. It seems like it was written maybe around the year 100, so roughly around the same time as the gospel of john That we see in the bible. Its just things christ reportedly said. So there is this escape from mortality if you get that mystical insight into the secrets of jesus teaching. This is a very mystical way of understanding christ wriht. But it's not entirely different from what you might see, say, in the gospel of John.
