What Does Caste Win in the Second Round of the Constitutional Convention?
If caste wins in the second round, he will probably clash with the convention on several fronts. I think if cass were to win, you would see, possibly a backlash on the streets. It's going to take a long time for that new constitution to be implemented. And so i think we can expect to see some more in stability in the coming months.
