You can't figure that out unless you're looking at the data unless you're having those conversations too. In managing this process you may be speak to your experience but then if you can blow it out you know maybe more broadly to the industry. What does it look like to manage the process that's not scary for the technicians? How do you build this into a positive improvement oriented kind of experience that they're excited to say hey if I'm actually missing the mark if I'm forgetting things already in your place?"
