What Did You Learn From the Pandemic?
Inquest into deaths of elderly people in nursing homes was an emotional exercise. What did you learn from the inquest about how residence and long term care were treated before the pandemic? Wellwe always knew that the helke system is not finance properlya but things tat we didn't foll it, that i didn't fully grasp. In quebec, most of our homes are public, but nevertheless, they're not property financed. And so there's long waiting list. Most of the facilities are also in aging buildings.
