What's So Important About Chlorophyll?
The most concentrated chlorophyll is in chlorella algae, obviously, lots in spirulina as well. Our soils are so damaged that none of our vegetables have the same nutrients that they did 50 years ago. If anybody else has noticed your arugula goes yellow after about two or three days, right? It's because there wasn't much chlorophyll in the beginning.
