Anger: A Progression From Most Identified to Less Identifiable
There's levels of this from and when the level might be, we are our thoughts and emotions. We don't say anger is passing through awareness. And it's I am angry, I feel angry, I notice anger, and there is anger passing through. By the time you're there, you're not really angry, you're just more like, oh, that's an interesting sensation.
