The Case for Lance Stroll
Lance Stroll was given a five-place grid penalty for going off the track. The 18-year-old collided with Gazzly and broke his car in two places. Kyle O'Connell says it's an identical incident to what happened between all those years ago between Maldenardo and Lewis Valencia. But Perez should have had the same penalty for the same exactly the same thing the previous season, he adds.
