Afghan refugees draw upon networks which can help move them across the region. These are largely human smuggling networks and also networks linking Afghan communities. And so I think that we should be ready for the kind of mass move and people focused on getting to Europe. Al-Aseria 2015, rather than previous mass migrations from Afghanistan.
