I would also say, if a place is using these tests and you get a job there, it's not going to be a place that's very inclusive. Part of me does want to say, well, if they're doing that, just blow it off. I feel like you can game at least the personality ones. You can game them as like, yes, what would the baby think? Right. But again, from someone who's in the recruiting industry, we are working actively on taking that away.
