Harvard's Legacy Admissions Challenge
Harvard faces a new challenge to its admissions program, this time over legacy seats. It comes on the heels of last week's Supreme Court decision to end affirmative action policies at colleges and universities. A civil rights group alleges Harvard's process discriminates against students of color by giving an unfair boost to the mostly white children of alumni.
