Rajiv: I've spent a lot of time looking in fire and security companies you know it's a classic search sector. Even kind of sub 500 000 or 7 million e-bitter businesses they all expect the same multiples as their friend down the road that sold but it's a business six times the size to a private equity guy. Rajiv: The debt situation is a little bit trickier at least to the u.s. for sure we don't already have like an SBA option and even cash flow lending in general is alittle bit tricky to come by a little bit more expensive.
