Reverse Mentoring for Brokers

I know you came over from the carrier side. You worked on the carrier side for a while also in sales. So it's good to see being able to work still directly with brokers, but on a little different side of the industry. My scope is much broader now, which is great for me. I mean, being a millennial, my trajectory is always looking for more and how do I bring more value? It was definitely a good move for me to be able to help my broker community in a totally different way.
